Activación tempomat

Hola a todos:

Esta tarde he intentado activar el tempomat a través de vagcom, el coche tiene montada correctamente la instalación del cable, la maneta y la unidad de volante. La unidad la he codificado, pero a la hora de activar la maneta del tempomat no me deja, dice:

Login code not accepted by controller!

You will have to turn the ignition off for a while before trying again
Error 22: Conditions not correct or request sequence error

En cristiano:

El código ingresado no es aceptado por el controlador
Apague el motor por un tiempo antes de volver a intentarlo
Error 22: Condiciones no adecuadas o error de secuencia en la solicitud

hombre, sin animo de ofender porque suena un poco borde, pero lo pone bien claro... dice que no quiere el codigo que le pones...

es el correcto seguro?? Si no, tienes algun problema en las conexiones y no te deja codificarlo...

Ya, la cuestión es que el codigo lo e mirado en varios lados y es el "11463", y aparte cuando le doy para codificar se me abre otra venta diciendo:

Para activar tempomat codigo 11463
Para desactivar...

Hola, si no recuerdo mal en los golf V primero hay que programar la centralita del volante, y luego se da de alta el tempomat, ¿la centralita de tu volante es compatible con el tempomat?

Si, la centralita es totalmente compatible con el tempomat, tambien e probado codificando primero la centralita y despues intentqndoo activar la maneta, pero no hay manera.....

Para codificarla Para activar en el canal motor:
centralita del volante:

- Entras en el canal "16 Volante" y tienes que ir a "07 Recode" y si te pones en con el raton encima del codigo veras que se abre una pantalla blanca en la que te esplica las opciones que puedes activar! Ahi deberias poner un " _ _ _ _ _ 4 _" sin tocar mas digitos!

PROGRAMACIÓN CON VAGCOM

Una vez montado todo de nuevo nos queda recodificar las unidades 1 y 16, así como borrar todos los posibles errores que nos aparezcan

Entramos con el VAGCOM al módulo 1, Función 11 (Coding Access) y tecleamos el nº maravilloso 11463.

Entramos al módulo 16, función 07 "Recode" y cambiamos los dígitos según la siguiente leyenda

* 00?xxxx: Transmission
o 0 = Manual Transmission
o 1 = Automatic Transmission
* 00x?xxx: Steering Wheel
o 0 = 3-Spoke, w/o Tiptronic, w/o Multi-Function
o 1 = 3-Spoke, with Tiptronic, w/o Multi-Function
o 2 = 4-Spoke Multi-Function (with Radio Control)
o 3 = 4-Spoke Multi-Function (with Radio/Telephone Control)
o 4 = 4-Spoke Multi-Function (with Radio/Telephone/Voice Control)
* 00xx?xx: Tiptronic/Heating
o +1 = Tiptronic on Steering Wheel
* 00xxx?x: Cruise Control/Board Computer
o 0 = no Board Computer, no Cruise Control
o 1 = Board Computer, no Cruise Control
o 2 = no Board Computer, Cruise Control
o 4 = Board Computer, Cruise Control
* 00xxxx?: Rear Wiper
o 0 = w/o Rear Wiper
o 1 = with Rear Wiper

Suele ser típico el pasar de 000011 a 000041, pero teneis que analizar la configuración que teneis y obrar en consecuencia.

Si habeis tenido que cambiar la SMLS es muy posible que tengais un error con el sensor G85 (mirar el módulo 3 y el 44). En el A3 8P, el sensor G85 se calibra de nuevo con el siguiente procedimiento (obtenido de la Wiki)

Sensor for Steering Angle (G85)

Prerequisites:

* Start the vehicle.
* Turn the steering wheel one turn to the right and one turn to the left.
* Drive in a short distance straight line on a level surface at a speed not higher than 20 km/h.
* If the steering wheel is straight during the test drive then stop the vehicle with the wheels pointed straight.
* Ensure that the steering wheel is not moved again.
* Keep the engine running and do not switch off the ignition.
* System voltage at least 12.0 V.

[44 - Steering Assist]
[Coding-II - 11] or if that function is not available then use [Sec.Access - 16] instead
Enter 40168, to enable the basic setting.
[Do it!]
[Basic Settings - 04]
Group 060
[Go!]
Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]
After a successful basic setting, field 1 should say "OK".
[Done, Go Back]
To make sure the basic setting was succesful, check the sensor again.

Check field 1, the value has to be between -1.5 and +1.5 °.

Si tuvíerais algún error con el G289 (nunca lo he visto), usaríamos el siguiente procedimiento (obtenido de la Wiki)

Steering Limit Stop Adaptation

(Engine still running)

* Center steering wheel (±10°) and hold it centered for 5 seconds.
* Turn steering wheel completely to the left and hold it there for a second.
* Turn steering wheel completely to the right and hold it there for a second.
* Center steering wheel (±10°).
* Switch OFF engine and ignition.
* Switch ON ignition.
* Wait 5 seconds.
* Steering Assist Warning Lamp should turn OFF.


Checking Steering Torque Sensor (G269)

Prerequisites:

* Ignition ON
* Engine ON (Idle)
* System voltage at least 11.0 V.

Field 2: Steering Torque Sensor (G269)

Turn the Steering Wheel multiple times completely to the left and right. The Torque Values should change.
If the Torque Values do change, it's most likely an intermittent Fault in the Wiring/Connectors.
If the Torque Values do NOT change, the Sensor itself or the Power Supply (Terminal 15) might be faulty.
