Aquí van las fotos y el proceso de reparación de la culata de la Caddy...
Material:
Tornillos nuevos( de inyectores,culata,balancines, de árbol de levas), árbol de levas, casquillos, balancines, juntas, retenes, filtros, bomba de agua, kit distribución.....
Lo primero:
El proceso de saber quién es quién... y limpieza de todo.. Me la trajeron desmontada todita en cajas...

Limpiando VTG ( geometría variable)

La culata conseguida y repasadita, asientos, retenes, plano....

Detalle de los nuevos taqués reforzados (negros)

El árbol de levas nuevo con sus casquillos..

Cambiando juntas a los inyectores ( previamente se han pasado las toberas por ultrasonidos)
