Buenos días, he comprobado que hay bastante gente afectada por este tema.
El motor pierde potencia generalmente en repechos pero siempre cuando llevas circulando un rato y siempre cuando la temperatura exterior es alta, sobre los 30⁰ mas o menos.
No hay que apagar el coche ni quitar la llave para resetear nada, a veces vuelve la potencia por si sola.
He comprobado que el coche vuelve a recuperar la fuerza tras dejar de acelerar por un rato, aprovechando bajadas.
¿Alguien sabe algo del tema?

Hola buen dia, no tiene alquien conocido que le facilite un maf identico al suyo para probar que hace sin tener que gastar por las dudas?

Diagnóstico de sensores

Habría que comprobar valores de diferentes sensores cuando se produce la pérdida de potencia:

1) Temperatura del Aire a la entrada de la Admision——> en el Motor 1.6TDI el sensor de temperatura del aire va junto con el MAP y va instalado después del Intercooler

2) Flujo de Aire en conducto de Admisión——> sensor MAF y Flujo de Aire EGR

3) Presión MAP especificada y presión Real (sensor MAP)

4) Presión del combustible en el Common Rail (sensor de Alta presión de combustible G247)

5) Temperatura del Combustible... Refrigerante, Aceite y EGT (a la sabida Turbo)

etc... hay algún componente que cuando alcanza una alta temperatura hace que el Motor pierda fuerza... es indiscutible que ante temperaturas exteriores elevadas ciertos componentes alcanzan temperaturas elevadas, cosa que no ocurre ante temperaturas exteriores suaves o bajas... por ejemplo, la temperatura del aire en la admisión (Intake Air Temperature), etc


He estado echando un vistazo al Motor 1.6TDI CAYC

Intercooler ante temperaturas exteriores muy elevadas: al exigir presión de Aire en la Admisión cuando se circula subiendo «cuestas», entonces, la temperatura del aire en la Admisión aumenta todavía más y el intercooler igual no consigue enfriar suficientemente el aire de Admisión ¿Igual no va instalado en una posición muy adecuada? ...o no es muy efectivo (habría que mirar en el ETKA si han actualizado esa pieza a lo largo de los años)

Sensor MAP y Sensor de temperatura del aire en la Admisión

Sin VAG—COM y sin leer valores de sensores, ni hacer logs es imposible deducir lo que está pasando cuando el Motor pierde fuerza, sobre todo porque no salen fallos DTCs según comentas.

PD No sé el rango de temperatura del Aire en la Admisión para el motor CAYC (habría que encontrar un Mapa de valores de ese motor y ver si viene ese rango) y por otro lado, no sé qué haría la ECU cuando se supera ese rango de temperatura o no hace nada y simplemente se pierde mucho rendimiento = pérdida de potencia por combustión no óptima por falta de oxígeno...etc

También sería interesante saber la temperatura del combustible, etc

En el post siguiente pongo el Mapa de valores del Motor 1.6TDI CAYC para averiguar el IDE o ENG correspondiente a la medida de un Sensor, etc... aunque no entra todo el Mapa en un solo post, si están todos los IDE...creo que no mece la pena poner en otro post los ENG que faltan

Buenos días, no, solo he cambiado el Map/sensor de temperatura que va a la salida del intercooler.

Diagnóstico de sensores

Habría que comprobar valores de diferentes sensores cuando se produce la pérdida de potencia:

1) Temperatura del Aire a la entrada de la Admision——> en el Motor 1.6TDI el sensor de temperatura del aire va junto con el MAP y va instalado después del Intercooler

2) Flujo de Aire en conducto de Admisión——> sensor MAF y Flujo de Aire EGR

3) Presión MAP especificada y presión Real (sensor MAP)

4) Presión del combustible en el Common Rail (sensor de Alta presión de combustible G247)

5) Temperatura del Combustible... Refrigerante, Aceite y EGT (a la sabida Turbo)

etc... hay algún componente que cuando alcanza una alta temperatura hace que el Motor pierda fuerza... es indiscutible que ante temperaturas exteriores elevadas ciertos componentes alcanzan temperaturas elevadas, cosa que no ocurre ante temperaturas exteriores suaves o bajas... por ejemplo, la temperatura del aire en la admisión (Intake Air Temperature), etc


He estado echando un vistazo al Motor 1.6TDI CAYC

Intercooler ante temperaturas exteriores muy elevadas: al exigir presión de Aire en la Admisión cuando se circula subiendo «cuestas», entonces, la temperatura del aire en la Admisión aumenta todavía más y el intercooler igual no consigue enfriar suficientemente el aire de Admisión ¿Igual no va instalado en una posición muy adecuada? ...o no es muy efectivo (habría que mirar en el ETKA si han actualizado esa pieza a lo largo de los años)

Sin VAG—COM y sin leer valores de sensores, ni hacer logs es imposible deducir lo que está pasando cuando el Motor pierde fuerza, sobre todo porque no salen fallos DTCs según comentas.

PD No sé el rango de temperatura del Aire en la Admisión para el motor CAYC (habría que encontrar un Mapa de valores de ese motor y ver si viene ese rango) y por otro lado, no sé qué haría la ECU cuando se supera ese rango de temperatura o no hace nada y simplemente se pierde mucho rendimiento = pérdida de potencia por combustión no óptima por falta de oxígeno...etc

También sería interesante saber la temperatura del combustible, etc

En el post siguiente pongo el Mapa de valores del Motor 1.6TDI CAYC para averiguar el IDE o ENG correspondiente a la medida de un Sensor, etc... aunque no entra todo el Mapa en un solo post, si están todos los IDE...creo que no mece la pena poner en otro post los ENG que faltan

Muchas gracias por tu ayuda, echare un vistazo con vag com en un viaje largo.
A mi me da que puede ser intercooler en mal estado porque ademas, suele producirse un sonido interrumpido a fuga de aire.
