Hola a todos, la pregunta que os quiero hacer es que hoy he recogido mi coche de un servicio skoda tras cambiar unas cuantas cosas y entre ellas la distribucion.

Os pongo en situacion, mi coche es un O2 pd 1,9 105cv BKC y antes de hacer la distribucion digamos que tenia unos bajos bastante aceptables y a partrir de 2500 vueltas se notaba un acusado tiron, llegando hasta casi las 4000 con mucha alegria y bueno luego pues digamos que yo notaba que el coche "andaba".

Ahora bien, hoy tras recoger el coche, la primera prueba que me encuentro es una gran cuesta donde antes en 5ª en torno a 100km/H el coche aceleraba y en 4ª aceleraba bastante más. Al hacer la prueba hoy, el coche en 4ª a 100km/h y a fondo se mantenia en la velocidad sin subir, luego en 5ª aceleraba pero muy muy poquito. La cuesta como digo es bastante pronunciada, para los de la zona os dire que es la cuesta de los perros de la EX-203 (carretera de la Vera) nada mas salir de plasencia.

El tema esta en que muy tonto de mi me fie y no mire los valores de angle synchro antes de hacer las operaciones y como esta tarde he ido a hacer mas pruebas y sigo notando que el coche va raro he sacado una impresion del canal 4 con el vagcom pero que no estoy seguro de si es eso porque pone idle stabilization o algo asi. Como nota os dire que segun uno de los campos, el coche estaba a 60º en el momento de la captura, pero nada mas arrancar ha salido ese valor que luego ha bailado hasta un numero de 3 cifras enteras y luego ha vuelto a 5,9 sin mas variacion.

El coche ahora tiene aparentemente mas bajos, vibra menos en bajos pero es que no anda como antes.

Ahi os dejo la impresion donde dice lo que yo creo que es que esta a -5,9.

Lo tienes fuera de rango, en las primeras versiones de vagcom el rango era de -5 a +5, luego cambió de -3 a +3 (no se si por especificaciones VW o cosa de Rosstech) de un modo u otro -5,9º no es un valor bueno, lo suyo sería que lo ajustases a un valor neutro (por ejemplo 0º) y volvieses a probar, luego dependiendo de tus gustos se puede dejar un poco arriba o abajo.

Por cierto de consumo instantáneo como anda, lo tienes que tener bajísimo no ? no te tironea al ralenti?

Pues el consumo esta como antes entre 0.4 y 0.5, pero no noto nada raro en cuanto al ralenti, esto si, mirando el motor arrancado a ralenti me daba la sensacion de que cabeceaba demasiado, cosa que antes no habia observado.

Un saludo y gracias mañana de todas formas lo voy a llevar a la skoda para que se manchen ellos las manos, pero me diran qeu estoy loco, que el coche va "fenómeno" y cosas asi y al final me tocara a mi, pero bueno por intentarlo.

Walker, he visto que no tienes label para el motor BKC.

Copia el contenido siguiente y crea en la carpeta LABELS un fichero llamado 03G-906-016-BKC.lbl

Lo del cuadro, no hay manera macho.

Busque en su dia, habia que redireccionar de otra label o algo asi, y al final mi torpeza me hizo desistir.

Con el 311 me van casi todos los campos, con el 409 casi ninguno (del motor).

Ya he copiado las labels de uno al otro, pero algo hago mal.

Intentare meter las labels pero vamos que del tema en cuestion que opinais? En teoria no tendria que haber modificacion por parte del mecanico a la hora de cambiar la correa y tensores no? Entonces por que carajos esta tan raro ese valor y sobre todo por que puede ser que vaya tan mal el coche? Sera solo y unicamente por eso?

Bueno pues de momento he dejado el coche en el taller, al principio cara de sorpresa pero luego han ido a probarlo dos mecanicos y a la vuelta sin mas han empezado a hablar de una posbile variacion a la ahora de hacer el calado que si tal que si cual, pero del synchro angle dice que no puede ser.

Como a mi me pilla a 30km el concesionario, el jefe me ha dejado su coche particular para que pueda venirme a casa y recogerlo mañana, todo un detallazo y añadiendo, no te preocupes que lo miraremos de arriba a bajo y ya esta, si tu lo notas sera por algo. Encima hasta le han echado gasoil al coche que me deja que estaba seco alegando que "no vas a pagar encima tu la gasolina despues de las molestias".

Despues de esto estoy encantado aunque bueno esperaremos a ver. Lo que tengo claro es que si no dan con la tecla me liare la manta a la cabeza y me tendre que poner a hacerlo yo, pero ya que me he dejado los cuartos, que sean ellos los que se manchen las manos.

Joer, pues si que es un detallazo. Ya pocos talleres se comportan así.

Lo bueno es que ahora, cuando te den de nuevo el coche podrás comprobarlo y compararlo con los valores que tienes recogidos de cuando iba mal (si es que ahora te lo arreglan del todo o la mejoría es apreciable aunque no fuera como antes de la distribución). Y a malas, poderselo enseñar a los mecánicos (siempre de buenas maneras pues no les gusta mucho que vaya gente con gráficas, logs, vamos, en general con el VAG-COM :mrgreen:

Yo directamente he tenido que sacar la "artilleria" porque al principio estaban con la cara de sorpresa y ya he tenido que comentarles como esta de angle y que se encontraba en un valor fuera de rango, entonces digamos que ya han empezado a ceerse un poquito la historia aunque no han querido entrar en detalles jeje.

Pues nada como dice Pas-pas de momento un 10 por el taller, pocos talleres a día de hoy dan la razón al cliente, y muchos menos aceptan sugerencias de "un enteradillo de los foros esos de internet" (como escuché yo en una ocasión)

Bueno pues despues de que me avisaran esta mañana de que el coche estaba listo de decirme que efectivamente habia un pequeño desfase y que ya lo habian corregido, he recogido mi coche esta tarde y lo he notado mucho mejor, aunque no va como antes, le falta un puntito mas en alta que ahora tiene en bajos y antes no tenia. Es decir ahora el coche digamos que es mas lineal, antes era mas flojito en bajos y a 2500 pegaba un tiron y ahora se mantiene el tiron lineal y se nota que vuelve a "andar".

Por lo tanto para mi el taller se ha portado muy bien, viendo como se suelen solucionar estos casos, un 10 para ellos (Automoviles Rovira, concesionario Skoda de Plasencia).

Ya una vez en casa me ha dado por mirar como estaba el Synchro Angle y de tener antes -5,9 lo han dejado ahora en -1.0, asi que no hay mas que decir, todo correcto.

Por cierto despues de querer meter el label que me pasaste Pas-Pas me he dado cuenta de que he metido la pata porque puse de nombre el terminado en ARL que le pasaste a Jesusito jeje, ya para la proxima.

Ahi va la captura y por cierto una pregunta, para que vale el boton turbo?

Walker, echa un ojo al consumo medio con -1.0 a ver cómo se comporta con respecto a antes -5 y pico y lo posteas. Es que sigo emperrao en enterarme de esto del angle synchro.

Joe pues se me ha olvidado fijarme, pero antes de todo tenia el consumo en 0,5 y a veces bajaba a 0,4, igual que cuando he tenido el synchro angle a -5.9 asi que no se yo si influira mucho.

Se han portado muy bien, como debería ser siempre. Un conocido de Audi me comentaba que alucinaba con la gente que venía a veces. "Saben cosas que nosotros ni habiamos escuchado" decía. La cosa es que si saben escuchar y no van de prepotentes para variar, podrían aprender también ellos alguna vez. No generalizo, claro, que al menos la mayoria de mecánicos que conozco son de 10 y les gusta aprender como a cualquiera de nosotros.

Por lo que he podido comprobar el botón TURBO, para los CANBUS únicamente, duplica la velocidad del bus de datos y captura el doble de información por unidad de tiempo.
