Error en modulo 19 Can Gateway.

Buenas a todos y os pido una ayuda que me tiene loco.

Tendo el siguiente problema con mi Q7 3.0 Sline del 2007 siendo un modelo 4L, de repente inserto la llave en el coche y no hace nada de nada, le meto el VAG y lo reseteo, hace un clak y ya esta otra vez operativo.

Depues de pasar el VAG me da este código.

Sólo te da esa avería la diagnosis? ninguna más? en qué módulo da esa avería? qué versión estás usando de Vag-Com? puedes copiar aquí un AutoScan entero? nos sería de gran ayuda. Salu2

Lo que vas a colgar no es un LOG (es un AutoScan) y te recomiendo realizar uno, copiarlo por ejemplo en el block de notas del ordenador, borrar averías, y al borrarlas comenzará otro AutoScan. Al acabar el segundo, pones aquí los 2 AutoScan enteros, indicando cuál es el que tiene las averías borradas y cuál es el que no. Y se sigue con tu ayuda. Salu2

Codi31, podría ser la batería que este en las ultimas, llevo con ella 4 años, y este problema me lo dio un dia que se quedo casi sin batería, desde ese momento me esta pasando. O podría ser una mala codificación de la misma batería.
La tensión que me da en reposo en correcta..... que opinas?

Hola,

Solo te da este fallo en un módulo, por lo que es probable que sea el propio módulo el que está fallando. Si fuera problema de cableado te saldría el fallo en más modulos como bien indican en la descripción de la averia:

01299 - Diagnostic Interface for Data Bus (J533)
004 - No Signal/Communication - Intermittent

Notes

• If the fault is only found in one control module, then most likely that module is the issue. However, if the fault is found several different control modules, then the CAN Gateway could be the issue.

Registra las mismas averías antes de borrar y después de borrar. Marca avería de 2 trampillas de circulación de aire del climatizador, que podrías probar a hacer un test de trampillas y un ajuste básico, y borrar averías. Avería en el sintonizador de televisión, que si no llevas este extra deberías de darlo de baja en la lista de Can-Gateway. Y avería en Bus de datos del cable de diagnostico, que te lo da en el módulo de regulación de batería.

Cuando cambiaste la batería está la diste de alta en el módulo de regulación de batería?? porque debes de hacerlo al poner una nueva batería, aunque sea la misma. No veo ninguna avería relacionada con el problema que sufres. Tampoco veo ninguna tensión de batería en reposo (no lo has puesto) o yo no lo veo entre tanto dato.

Puedes hacer una prueba:

Dejas el coche parado una tarde, a la mañana siguiente bajas al coche, lo abres, abres capo, cierras la puerta, abres capó y mide la carga de batería (lo apuntas) y pon el polímetro en la batería, y pide a alguien que arranque. Cuando el motor esté en proceso de arranque, mide cuánto baja la carga de batería antes de que arranque el motor, es decir, cuando esté tirando de motor de arranque, y pon el resultado de todo aquí. Haces un test:

Pantalla principal del Vag-Com/Select/08-Auto HVAC/Output Test-03/Start

Lo dejas 1 minuto actuando. Después paras el test, y sales de ahí. Volverás a la pantalla principal del módulo del clima, y entras en Basic Settings-04 y en el desplegable seleccionas la opción de ajuste de trampilla (en Inglés) y al pinchar en esa opción empezará el ajuste básico, y al acabar verás que los recuadros de arriba se quedan a 0.0 hay estaría terminado el ajuste básico.

Sales de ahí y borra averías.
