    Hablas que el mecánico te a comprobado la bomba tándem, hasta aquí correcto. Pero ya pasaste por el primer mecánico que te cambio el bimasa, todos los soportes del motor, las transmisiones, y te cambia o repara los inyectores, porque según su criterio, los 4 goteaban. Te hace gastar 3.000€ en reparaciones para seguir con el coche igual. Y después de cambiar todo lo anterior, y de dejarte 3.000€ te dice que podría ser un desfase en la caja de cambios.

    De este taller huyes, y comentas que te han recomendado un mecánico que a tu juicio, crees que controla bastante del tema. Y su primera medida es meter diagnosis, y comprobar las transmisiones (que el anterior mecánico según dices, te puso nuevas) y presión de inyectores circulando. Al poco te dice que un inyector se sale de rango pero que recupera, cuando el anterior mecánico al parecer te repara o cambia los 4 inyectores, y que si quieres que cambie los 4 inyectores de otro motor que tiene por ahí, y prueba a ver si es de eso.

    Lo cuál, se ve que no tiene ni idea y juega a ver si da con el problema, cambiando piezas igual que el anterior mecánico. Después te dice que cuando vengas de vacaciones, quiere medir las levas y la compresión de los cilindros, por probar más que nada, porque dar con el problema, se ve que todavía no da con ello. Y te fías de este mecánico después de todo esto? en serio?? también te fías de que el anterior mecánico te comprobase la presión del aforador y que después de gastarte 3.000€ te dejase todo bien hecho y puesto??

    Ya te se te dijo (multitud de veces) que te hicieras con un Vag-Com, que si de verdad quieres arreglar ese coche, necesitas uno si o si. También deberías hacerte con un manómetro, y ser tú quién mida las presiones de aforador y bomba tándem, porque como te fíes de los 2 "mecánicos" que han tocado ese coche, vas listo tío..!!! y lo peor no es eso, si no saber si todo lo cambiado o reparado por el anterior chapuzas, se hizo bien, que no las tengo todas conmigo. Buena papeleta tiene compañero, reza bien, porque te hará falta..

    Pues codi31, el vagcom esta en camino, y me parece que voy a pedir un juego de vasos zxn y voy ha hacer lo siguiente mientras llegue el vagcom:
    1.- Sacar aforador y limpiar a conciencia.
    2.- Limpiar el deposito.
    3.- Limpiar los conductos desde el filtro al aforador con aire comprimido.
    Esto es gratis (menos las puntas xzn).
    Si esto no sirve de nada en llegar el vagcom ya vemos.
    Si no vemos nada en vagcom tendré que ir a la casa.

    No creo que hayan montado nada mal, simplemente no dan con el problema.
    Con el bimasa y los soportes se noto mejoría (menos brusquedad). Con las transmisiones no se noto ninguna mejoría y con los inyectores tampoco. Y el problema va empeorando y cada vez aparecen con mas facilidad.
    El vagcom llegara a mediados de agosto y el aforador y el deposito lo voy a ver yo pero tengo que gastar un poco el gasoil que llevo 50l en el deposito.

    Sacando aforador, y limpiando depósito + manguitos de conducción de combustible, mejore o no mejore el problema, bien le va a sentar, eso seguro. Comenta el resultado al acabar.

    P.D: Si el Vag-Com lo hubieses pillado donde te dije, ya lo tendrías..

    hola melon feliz,soy de sagunto y estoy con un problema en mi coche y ningun taller me lo consigue acertar ya que creo que no tienen ni vagcom estoy mirandome un vagcom para comprarme.

    Si me hicieses el favor de meterle el vagcom a mi coche te lo agradeceria mucho,y ya de paso te invito almorzar jejeje a ver si le sacamos la pega.

    Con respecto a las averías registradas en el AutoScan, ninguna de ellas afectan a tu problema. Prueba a borrarlas y comprueba si se vuelven a registrar de nuevo. Pero como digo, no afectan a tu problema con los tirones, el humo (etc..)

    Con respecto a la captura de los canales del motor, veo todos los valores bien, exceptuando el valor del Angle-Synchro (canal 004 campo 4) y los valores del canal 023, que indican el estado de electro-válvula de cada inyector (un campo un inyector).

    Si el canal 023 muestra valores positivos (por ejemplo 22, sin signo) es que la presión de combustible es correcta, pero si el valor de los 4 campos es negativo, es falta de presión en los inyectores, y como se puede ver en el LOG del canal 023, el campo 2 se va muy a negativo. Por tanto quién comprobó la bomba tándem, o no lo hizo, o no tenía ni idea pajolera idea de hacerlo, porque se ve claramente en los datos.

    Te aconsejo hacer justo lo que decías post atras que ibas a hacer. Saca el aforador, lo limpias, y de paso limpia el depósito y manguitos de conducción de combustible. Y después hazte con un manómetro, debe de tener mangueras de sección 8, grifos de paso, y un racor adecuado, que cuando tengas el manómetro ya te diremos cual es. Mira esto:

    Está presión debe de dar a 4.000 vueltas, y a 1.500 vueltas mínimo 4 kilos. Sin descartar la bomba tándem y aforador no puedes seguir avanzando compañero. También comenta si el valor del Angle-Synchro es fijo u oscila a ralentí, y si oscila, comenta a qué valores. Salu2

    El Angle Syncro imagino que es el canal 4 campo 4, el que pone Torsion Value, si es así no varia nada, es completamente estable.

    Canal 004 campo 4 (torsion value) es el valor del Angle-Synchro. Y deberías bajarlo un poco. Yo lo pondría sobre -1.0 o incluso para probar, a +1.0 y observaba el comportamiento del coche. Te hace falta un manómetro para comprobar tándem y aforador, y limpiar lo que se te a dicho.

    Resumo el problema y lo que se ha realizado.
    El problema es tirones +o- entre 2000 y 3000 rpm, pero cada vez lo hace antes y a partir de 3000 se transforman en mucho humo. Estos tirones dependen de de la carga del motor y del acelerador, si va en llano y se pisa poco el acelerador son suaves, si se pisa mas el acelerador son mas fuertes.
    Trabajos realizados:
    Primer mecánico:
    - Bimasa y embrague, ligera mejoría.
    - Soportes de motor, mejoría importante en cuanto a brusquedad de los tirones.
    - Transmisiones de intercambio, sin mejoría.
    - Reparación de los 4 inyectores, ninguna mejoría (según el bombero goteaban los cuatro).
    Sugiere desfase en caja de cambios.
    Importe pagado solo el bimasa 1000€.

    - Cambio de filtro de combustible, ninguna mejoría (el filtro estaba muy sucio, pero el color era marrón, no se aprecia aceite ni partículas solidas)
    - Comprobación de presión de la tándem, según el mecánico bien de presión.
    - Diagnosis, dice que un inyector se sale de rango pero recupera.
    Sugiere cambiar los cuatro inyectores, obviamente le digo que no.

    Pues eso es todo.
